POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for installation on job site by contacting customers and following safety and procedural standards during countertop installation.

Position Summary

Finalize production process by utilizing water polisher to smooth the stone as to be ready for installation

1) Set up machine to grind stone to smooth finish or polish stone to lustrous finish
2) Selects grinding or polishing wheels according to type of stone, finish specified, or step in finishing process

4) Pushes levers to start machine guides rotating wheel over surface of stone by hand, observing puddles of water on stone to detect uneven areas
5) Washes stone, using hose, and changes abrasive or wheel as grinding or polishing progresses to surface stone according to specifications

Subcontractor - Install
POSITION SUMMARY
Subcontractor crews are responsible for installation on job site by contacting customers and following safety and procedural standards during countertop installation. Subcontractor crews will provide their own trucks, tools and consumable products. All crew members are required to pass a background check. Subcontractors are require to carry specific insurance coverage as outlined in the subcontractor packet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Correctly install countertops on job site, while maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to installation procedures and policies, including safety standards
2. Handle customer questions in a friendly and professional manner
3. Cleanly remove the existing countertop and cabinets, if required.
4. Contact office to resolve any concerns that cannot be addressed on the job site
5. Troubleshoot technical problems related to the installation as they arise
6. Make field adjustments and minor repairs to countertops
7. Communicate with Installation manager and Service department
8. Work as closely to the schedule as possible and contact customer before being on site or if running behind
9. Complete all necessary installation documents
10. Maintain standard customer satisfaction rating
11. Attend monthly install meeting

Customer Service, Functional and Technical Skills, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Coordination, Conceptual Skills, Verbal Communication, Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Salesmanship, Ability to pass a background check.
